I'm at a 4-day gaming party this week, and tomorrow is my day to cook. I'm making a sweet potato and spinach curry, but I'll post about that later. I just now finished making dessert. It's delicious, and I am covered in most of it. I can't believe how easy this was and how good it is. I didn't use any specific measurements, it's the kind of thing that's more fun when you throw things in on the fly and make a mess doing it.
First, I melted a whole jar of Nutella. I didn't think it was possible, but Nutella is even more delicious when it is warm and gooey.
While that was going, I threw some Rice Crispies in a pan with sultanas and marshmallows:
And once it was done, mixed the two together.
It was at about this point I genuinely considered not making these for anyone and just sitting back down at my PC with the pot and a spoon. It. Was. Delicious. Warm and gooey and crunchy and fruity.
Managed to get 15 out of it. If I hadn't been taste-testing it so much I probably could have made a couple more.
Finally, I topped each one with a clean white marshmallow and a sprinkling of chopped hazelnuts. I've now left them to cool in a secret hideaway, far from the eyes of hungry, sleep-deprived gamers. I might go and help myself now, though.
